Queens park is a picturesque heritage listed botanic garden/park that was built between 1875 and 1970. The park is 26.3 hectares, and contains large areas of grass for sporting activities, a children's playground area, and an expansive garden area.
The park is also often host to many community events, such as the Carnival of Flowers, the Food and Wine Festival, and the Languages and Cultures Festival.
